and responsive service, and a variety of product lines for professionals

Payment
Policy
Payment
for all orders is due at the time of sale unless other arrangements
have been made in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American
Express. At our discretion, shipping of orders paid by check may
be delayed up to 10 working days after receipt of payment to allow
sufficient time for the payment to be processed. Accounts that
are invoiced are due and payable within 30 days of the invoice
date. A 14% A.P.R. (1.17% periodic rate) finance charge will be
incurred on any accounts over 30 days past due.
Freight
Policy
All
freight charges are billed to the customer at time of sale. Orders
are shipped using the most economical means available and include
UPS ground service (primary shipping method), USPS priority mail,
and freight services. Some of our products require shipment by
ground only due to regulatory requirements. If premium or overnight
service is required, please notify us at time of sale to determine
applicable shipping costs. Delivery time for most orders varies
between 2-5 working days depending on location however, special
order items can range between 10-12 working days.
How
To Return A Product
All
returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
in order for us to accept shipments. Shipments without RMA Numbers
clearly posted on the outside of the box will be returned to the
sender. Please call us at 1-888-522-2465 with your concerns so
we may issue you an RMA Number.
To
Cancel An Order That Has Not Yet Been Shipped
Please
call 1-888-522-2465 to cancel the order of an item. We will need
to confirm that your order has not yet been shipped. We usually
ship same day or next day if possible. If your order has already
been shipped, then please refer to the return policies listed
below. The customer is reponsible for all costs incurred for special
orders of artwork, silk screen set-up, screen printing and floor
mats to cover costs of work completed at time of cancellation.
Return
Policy
All
sales are final. Material may not be returned without proper authorization.
Only merchandise shipped in error or with manufacturing defects
will be exchanged or refunded and must be assigned a RMA number
(Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning. Unauthorized
returns will be refused. PDH Distributors reserves the right to
charge a 15% restocking fee based on sales total, plus applicable
shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns of used items,
or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. International
orders may only be exchanged when defective.
Inspect
Your Order
Upon
receipt of your order, please inspect it. Claims for shortages
or errors in shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt
of merchandise. Claims for damage during shipping should be made
by the purchaser to the carrier (i.e. UPS). Notify carrier and
PDH Distributors within 5 working days of any damages.
Refund
Policy
The
credit card originally used for the purchase will be credited
for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable sales tax,
excluding all shipping costs and restocking fees. Shipping charges
are not refundable.
Condition
of Returned Items
All
returned items will be examined upon receipt. If the item is not
in new condition including original packaging and paperwork or
does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue
you a credit or exchange for a replacement.
Product
Exchanges
If
you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement after we
receive and process the item you wish to return. If you need the
replacement to be shipped immediately, it will be necessary for
you to place a new order for which you will be charged. Upon our
receipt of the returned item, your charges will be adjusted accordingly.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed
once it has arrived at our warehouse.
Back
Orders
We
will automatically back order material not shipped at the time
of the initial order. You will be notified if items are not available
at the time the order is placed.
Warranty
PDH
Distributors warrants all products against defects. Any alteration,
misuse, or incorrect application voids the warranty. Since specific
applications are beyond our control, we cannot assume responsibility
for any risks, liabilities, or patent infringments which may result
from the use of our products. The customer is cautioned to thoroughly
evaluate these products by his own tests prior to large scale
utilization. |
